What do you charge for postage?


We have tried to be as reasonable as possible for postage costs and charge according to the total amount in your shopping cart

How long does delivery take?

All orders are normally send out in 1-2 working days by first class recorded, special delivery or courier service unless advised otherwise. A signature will be required.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders cannot currently be placed through this website, however, if you live outside of the UK please contact us to arrange delivery costs.

Ordering and Payment


Do I need a Paypal account to pay online?

No. All online orders are processed automatically by the Paypal secure payment gateway. When placing your order you will be given a choice of paying by Paypal account or by credit/debit card. You do not need to sign up for Paypal to purchase through this site.


Can I pay with a credit card over the phone?

Certainly, please call us on 01933 270322 between 9am and 6pm where a member of our team will be happy to take your order.


Can I send a cheque instead?

Yes. If you would prefer to send a cheque or postal order please make it payable to SJF Vehicle Security and send it to the address on the contact us page.


Privacy


What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is taken very seriously and your details will never be sold or passed to a third party.

Do you store my credit card details?

No. All online payments are processed by Paypal and as such your credit card details are never shown to us.


Returns

What if I change my mind after I have ordered something?

Under our return policy, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by (Royal Mail recorded or Special delivery), within 7 days of you having received them. Please note we do not carry costs for returns. .


What if my goods are delivered damaged or faulty?

Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. If you inform us within 7 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will generally replace them. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
